Michael Gaines is Founder and Managing Principal of Gaines Biopharma Consulting, which specializes in pharmaceutical /biotech strategic planning, new product commercialization, and portfolio management.

Michael brings nearly 30 years of biotech brand leadership experience developing and implementing commercial strategies for compounds in both early and late-stage development at such firms as Merck & Co., CSL Behring,  and Sage Therapeutics.  Michael received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
